Responsible for managing and strengthening compliance across MRA Group’s F&B, Media, and Retail businesses by ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Compliance Manager oversees compliance audits, risk identification, corrective actions, compliance reporting, internal investigations, and compliance awareness programs across multi-unit and multi-brand business units.
Tanggung jawab: Managing and strengthening compliance across MRA Group's businesses; Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies; Overseeing compliance audits, risk identification, and corrective actions; Conducting compliance reporting and internal investigations; Implementing compliance awareness programs.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree in Law; Master's Degree in Law or Corporate/Business law certification is preferred; Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Internal Audit; Experience in multi-unit or multi-brand businesses preferably F&B, Media, or Retail; Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Labor Regulations, and industry-specific compliance; Strong skills in risk assessment, policy development, audit, and compliance monitoring; High integrity, objectivity, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills; Knowledge/training in Corporate Governance, Risk Assessment & Internal Audit, ISO 37001, and Legal & Regulatory Updates is preferred.
