Perusahaan distributor kosmetik Korea dan e-commerce mencari Operation Manager yang berpengalaman dan bertanggung jawab tinggi untuk mengawasi seluruh operasional distribusi dan aktivitas penjualan online. Peran ini memastikan bahwa proses operasional dari hulu ke hilir—mulai dari pengadaan, impor, pergudangan, manajemen inventaris, distribusi, hingga penjualan digital—berjalan efisien dan selaras dengan target bisnis perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengelolaan operasional harian gudang dan e-commerce, pengawasan proses logistik masuk dan keluar (termasuk kepatuhan regulasi BPOM untuk kosmetik), optimalisasi persediaan stok, serta analisis performa penjualan di berbagai platform seperti Shopee, TikTok Shop, dan Tokopedia. Posisi ini juga memegang kendali dalam memimpin tim gudang dan administrasi, berkoordinasi langsung dengan prinsipal di Korea, mengontrol biaya operasional, serta menyusun SOP untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Kandidat ideal memiliki pengalaman 2-5 tahun di bidang logistik atau e-commerce, fasih berbahasa Korea (minimal TOPIK Level 3), serta memiliki kemampuan analitis berbasis data dan kepemimpinan yang kuat. Tanggung jawab: Manage and oversee daily operations, including warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce activities; Ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes , including import, inventory, and shipping; Monitor and optimize inventory through forecasting, replenishment, and aging stock management; Monitor and analyze sales performance across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc; Coordinate directly with Korean principals and suppliers regarding products, shipments, orders, and business updates; Develop, implement, and improve operational SOPs for warehouse and e-commerce activities; Control operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity; Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance data and prepare regular reports; Lead and manage the warehouse, administration, and e-commerce teams; Identify operational issues and provide practical solutions and improvements; Ensure operational activities comply with applicable regulations, including BPOM requirements for cosmetics; Support management and the CEO in achieving operational and business targets; Qualifications.
Kualifikasi: 2–5 years of experience in Operations, E-Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; Fluent in Korean – minimum TOPIK Level 3 or equivalent; Able to communicate directly and effectively with the Korean CEO and Korean principals; Strong analytical and data-driven thinking; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and provide solutions; Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills; High sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail; Able to work under pressure and meet business targets; Good understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia; Experience in Korean cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with operational data.
