Halo Robotics merupakan distributor drone profesional dan perusahaan robotika terbesar di Indonesia sekaligus penyedia layanan drone industri terkemuka dengan pengalaman lebih dari satu dekade melayani lebih dari 900 perusahaan serta lembaga pemerintah di sektor Pertambangan, Migas, Ketenagalistrikan, Konstruksi, Keamanan, dan Keselamatan Publik. Halo Robotics juga bertindak sebagai distributor resmi DJI Enterprise, Unitree, Terrasolid, GreenValley, dan Emlid, serta integrator sistem untuk ekosistem teknologi drone, robotika, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) di Indonesia. Saat ini, Halo Robotics mencari Project Manager (Drone Managed Services) yang kompeten dan berkomitmen untuk mendukung eksekusi berbagai proyek konkuren lintas industri berskala besar bersama perusahaan-perusahaan terbesar dan instansi pemerintah di Indonesia. Tanggung jawab utama posisi ini meliputi perencanaan dan implementasi proyek secara menyeluruh (penentuan Ruang Lingkup, anggaran, penjadwalan, pengelolaan sumber daya tim dan peralatan, kepemimpinan tim, serta penyelesaian masalah), komunikasi harian dengan klien baik secara teknis maupun manajemen proyek, penyusunan dokumen proyek (Proposal, GANTT Charts, Project Charter, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Laporan Insiden, dan Laporan Hasil), serta pengelolaan prosedur pengadaan dan anggaran proyek untuk memastikan profitabilitas dan keberhasilan proyek sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dan praktik terbaik internasional.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including: definition of Scope of Work and detailed deliverables; budgeting, scheduling and planning; efficient use of company team resources and equipment; team leadership and resolution of issues; a; Actively communicate day-to-day with clients, providing full solutions to internal and external parties at both a deep technical and project management level; Prepare and edit project documents from beginning to end, including: Proposals, GANTT Charts, Project Charter, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting, Results Reporting, and Project Summary/Project Close; Manage purchasing procedures for project requirements, working closely with procurement and SCM colleagues to ensure efficient spending; Manage project budgets: independently develop budgets, plan and schedule project timelines, coordinate resources in line with budgets, and ensure project profitability and success; Quality assurance: track and communicate project deliverables, monitoring output quality, and report project progress consistently and systematically to all stakeholders; Present project results to clients and stakeholders as required; Ensure all projects comply with SOPs, PMP project management policies, and other international standards and professional best practices; Maintain an in-depth understanding of drone technology across industries.
