Responsibilities Develop, review, and administer salary structures, grading systems, and incentive programs Responsible for supporting administrative processes related to employee compensation and benefits accurately (including payroll, incentive, health & life insurance, personnel costs, and other benefits)
Ensure payroll compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll Mastering system payroll calculations (HRIS) & Manual (Excel)
Strong knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and labor regulations Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
