Community & Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partners, and key stakeholders Develop community-based partnerships to support business and revenue growth

Plan and execute community activations, events, and engagement programs Recruit, onboard, and manage community members or partners Act as the main point of contact between the company and the community

Gather community feedback and market insights to support business strategy Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth execution Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in Community Management, Business Development Community, Marketing, or Partnership Proficient in English both verbal and written (MUST) Bachelor Degree in any major (MUST)

Experience handling communities, events, or partnerships (online or offline) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with field activities and community engagement
