Sr. KOL Specialist

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing Management, with a mandatory background in the beauty industry . Networking: Extensive and active network of KOLs, micro-influencers, and established connections within Gen Z and Millennial communities.

Platform Expertise: High proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce marketplace ecosystems. Core Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and strategic stakeholder management. Analytical Skills: Solid ability to manage marketing budgets and provide comprehensive Campaign ROI analysis .

Soft Skills: Creative strategist, proactive problem-solver, and highly adaptable to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute end-to-end KOL strategies aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and monthly double-date (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) shopping events . Influencer Management: Lead the sourcing, onboarding, and management of 200–300 micro-influencers monthly , ensuring alignment with brand persona and target demographics.

Contract Negotiation: Direct negotiation of rates, legal contracts, and campaign deliverables to optimize marketing spend. Execution & Quality Control: Oversee campaign timelines, produce high-quality content briefs, and maintain strict quality control to ensure brand guidelines are consistently met. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on Engagement Rate, CTR, and Sales Conversion .

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Database Management: Build and maintain a proprietary KOL database while nurturing long-term strategic partnerships to enhance brand loyalty.
