Community Development & Programs Manager

The Community Development & Programs Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring programs and projects are well executed, and leading the team to achieve departmental targets. This role involves overseeing Partnership, Community Development, and CSR programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, donors, clients, and other key stakeholders. This position requires a strategic approach to program management and a strong ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.
