Location: Bali, Indonesia (Full-time) Join HelmCare , Indonesia's first automated helmet cleaning network with 50+ locations across Bali. We're expanding nationwide and looking for an experienced sales leader to drive advertising, franchise, and partnership growth. Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Proven track record of closing high-value deals. Experience in media, advertising, DOOH/OOH, SaaS, franchises, or related industries is preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and working-level English. Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and grow DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising sales; Sell advertising packages to local and national brands; Drive franchise sales across Indonesia; Build strategic partnerships with retailers, hotels, motorcycle rental companies, and other businesses; Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and client meetings; Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
