Colour System Engineering

Role Purpose To ensure that all dyehouse systems including sedomaster, colourstitch and dispensing are functioning well to support LpMpD and Colour Quality. To train all users for operating well the dyehouse systems.

To liaise with suppliers, IT and Color Systems Team to solve problems as they occur. Main Duties 1. Safety and Housekeeping

Actively participate in H&S programs Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported in a timely manner. 2. Handling system issues

Work with suppliers to fix periodic problems with the dyehouse systems. Conduct basic training for supervisors/operators to fix common issues. Work with IT to ensure networks are running correctly.

3. System maintenance Work with Lawer, Datacolour and Sedomaster to implement preventative maintenance programmes for all dyehouse computer systems Ensure all software is current.
