About the role PT Visionet Data Internasional is seeking a skilled Teknisi Komputer / EDC / ATM to join our dynamic IT Support team. This is a full-time position based in Kalimantan Timur . In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for computer systems, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals, and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical payment infrastructure and IT systems, directly contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our services across the region.

Key responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, including hardware diagnostics and software issues Install, configure, and maintain EDC terminals, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with security standards

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on ATM machines, including mechanical and electronic components Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults to minimise downtime Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and reliability

Respond promptly to technical support requests and service calls from users and branches Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and technical issues in a detailed manner Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates and security patches

Provide on-site technical assistance and user training when necessary Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols when servicing equipment What we're looking for
