Posisi COE Ionizer bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pengelolaan proyek instalasi mesin ionizer serta memastikan keandalan operasionalnya di fasilitas perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut koordinasi erat dengan pihak pabrikan mesin, pemantauan standar kualitas produk, serta penerapan program keselamatan dan pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Manage ionizer machine installation projects, from ordering and installation to trial runs, at company and toll-out facilities; Ensure preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and technical support for ionizer machines; Coordinate with machine manufacturers regarding technical issues, repairs, performance improvements, and employee training; Ensure ionization results and product quality meet company standards and applicable regulations; Monitor machine performance, evaluate results, and develop improvement and preventive action plans; Implement and monitor 5R and workplace safety programs.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Minimum JLPT N3 or intermediate Japanese proficiency; Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 22000; Understanding of machine maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a relevant manufacturing industry; Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Industry 4.0; Ability to read technical drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and PLC diagrams; Familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of cost analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving; Good communication and coordination skills; Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Teamwork and continuous improvement mindset.
