Prysmian Cables Indonesia is a fast-growing F&B brand seeking a dedicated professional to build and scale its supply chain infrastructure. The company focuses on expanding its market presence and requires a leader who can ensure operational excellence across its end-to-end supply chain processes. As a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for developing supply plans, managing inventory levels, and coordinating production schedules with OEM partners. You will oversee warehouse operations, manage logistics partners (3PL, trucking, courier), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and service levels. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Business Development, Finance, and R&D to support the company's overall business growth.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels; Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, stock turnover, and aging inventory to prevent shortages or overstock; Coordinate with Operations and OEM partners for material and finished goods availability; Source, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers; Coordinate production schedules with OEM factories and monitor status, capacity, lead times, and delivery; Follow up on production delays, supply disruptions, and operational issues; Oversee warehouse operations (inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, inventory reconciliation); Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage of packaging and finished goods; Plan and coordinate shipments to customers or distribution points; Manage 3PL, trucking, courier, and logistics partners; Monitor delivery performance, fulfillment rates, and service levels; Analyze inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution costs for optimization; Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans; Drive continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Purchasing Import, R&D, QA/QC, Finance, and Operations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or related roles; Experience in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverages, nutrition, snacks, or related industries; Experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations (demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, logistics); Experience coordinating with OEM factories or toll manufacturing partners (production planning, shipment scheduling, finished goods delivery); Strong understanding of inventory planning (safety stock, reorder point, stock turnover, stock aging); Good understanding of logistics operations (delivery planning, lead time, transportation, 3PL management, distribution processes); Ability to analyze supply chain and logistics costs for optimization; Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on operational issues; Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination; Strong leadership and people management skills; Comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment; Proficient in English (mandatory), Mandarin proficiency is a plus; Familiar with ERP/WMS systems such as Accurate or similar; Available to join as soon as possible (preferred).
