PT RHA Global Group yang berlokasi di BSD City, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, membuka lowongan untuk posisi E-Commerce Specialist yang berpengalaman dan berorientasi pada hasil. Perusahaan mencari talenta yang siap mengelola dan mengembangkan operasional marketplace online secara harian guna mendukung pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama posisi ini mencakup pengelolaan operasional harian toko online, manajemen daftar produk (deskripsi, spesifikasi, harga, kategori), pengoptimalan toko di berbagai platform seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, dan Blibli, serta pemantauan pesanan masuk untuk berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang. Anda juga bertugas memantau ketersediaan stok, mengelola promosi dan diskon marketplace, menganalisis data penjualan, menyusun laporan performa, memantau aktivitas kompetitor, serta memberikan layanan pelanggan yang profesional melalui pesan marketplace.

Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain daily operations of the company's online stores and marketplace accounts; Manage product listings, including product names, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and product categories; Manage and optimize stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli , and other relevant marketplaces; Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment; Monitor product inventory, availability, stock levels, and pricing; Manage marketplace promotions, vouchers, discounts, bundles, flash sales, and other sales programs; Monitor product performance, sales volume, conversion rates, customer reviews, and store ratings; Analyze marketplace sales data and prepare regular sales and performance reports; Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve marketplace performance; Monitor competitors' products, pricing, promotions, and marketplace activities; Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, complaints, and marketplace messages professionally; Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, finance, customer service, and management teams; Ensure product information and pricing remain accurate and up to date across all online platforms; Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve monthly sales targets; Maintain good relationships with marketplace representatives and platform support teams; Stay updated with changes in marketplace policies, features, tools, and e-commerce trends.

Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Management , or a related field is preferred; Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management; Proven hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce stores; Strong experience with platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Blibli; Good understanding of marketplace operations, order management, product listing, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer service; Strong ability to analyze sales data, marketplace performance, and product performance; Good knowledge of Excel / Microsoft Office or Google Sheets; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets; Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily e-commerce operations.
