We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable, and sharp Chairman Assistant to join our fast-growing team in Tangerang. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as the core administrative and linguistic bridge between local factory/operational management and executive stakeholders (investors, board members, and the Chairman's office). This is an excellent entry-to-junior level opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to thrive in a high-speed international supply chain and manufacturing environment. Executive Support: Assist Chairman with daily administrative tasks, schedule coordination, meeting tracking, and high-priority correspondence. Bilingual Translation & Interpretation: Conduct precise real-time interpretation during board meetings, operations reviews, and factory floor walkthroughs. Translate business contracts, official reports, and SOPs accurately from Bahasa Indonesia to English (and vice versa). Management & Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the strategic point of contact, accurately conveying high-level strategic expectations from investors/stakeholders down to local operational managers, and translating ground-level operational data back up into concise executive summaries. Data & Documentation: Organize, manage, and update administrative files, ensuring data entry and processing are handled swiftly via Microsoft Excel. Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Translator, or Secretary. Fresh graduates with high capability are welcome to apply. Language Fluency: Strictly Fluent written and spoken English (and Bahasa Indonesia). Absolute comfort translating professional and technical business context on the fly. (Note: Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage). Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data tracking, formula management) and the Microsoft Office suite. Work Style: Exceptional multi-tasking skills, strong emotional resilience, and the ability to thrive under high pressure within a fast-paced logistics, agricultural, or manufacturing industry. Availability: You must be digitally agile and reachable around the clock . If an urgent translation or crisis pops up at midnight, you are on it . This role is for a true hustler.
