Posisi CEO Office dirancang khusus bagi seorang generalis bisnis serba bisa yang siap bekerja secara erat dengan Chief Executive Officer untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan strategis, inisiatif bisnis, dan proyek lintas fungsi. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan berpikir strategis yang kuat, pemahaman bisnis yang mendalam, serta keahlian dalam menghubungkan tujuan perusahaan dengan eksekusi praktis di lapangan. Kandidat yang dicari harus mampu menavigasi ambiguitas, mengambil kepemilikan penuh atas proyek dari ideasi hingga eksekusi, serta menjembatani berbagai prioritas yang dinamis. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the business, work directly with the CEO, and; Education & Experience; Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major; At least 3 years of experience in a CEO Office, Business Project Manager, Business Operations, Strategy & Planning, or similar roles; Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies is preferred; Experience in the hospitality, property/real estate, or service-based industries is a plus.
