About the role We're looking for an experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team at Bokashi in Berawa, Kuta Utara. This is a contract position, where you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cash desk and ensuring efficient and accurate transactions. Your role will be crucial in maintaining excellent customer service and driving the success of our retail business. What you'll be doing Supervising and training cashiers to provide exceptional customer service Ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each shift Monitoring and addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Identifying opportunities to streamline cash desk operations and implement process improvements Generating reports and data analysis to track key performance metrics Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Collaborating with the broader retail team to support the overall store objectives What we're looking
