Sardine by K-Club membuka kesempatan bagi posisi Cashier untuk mendukung operasional restoran sehari-hari. Peran ini memegang tanggung jawab dalam menangani transaksi pembayaran pelanggan, mencatat setiap pemasukan secara akurat, serta memberikan layanan pelanggan yang ramah dan profesional guna memastikan kelancaran proses kasir secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Handle daily cash and payment transactions accurately; Process customer payments and issue receipts; Maintain accurate cash and transaction records; Perform daily cash handling and reconciliation; Assist customers with payment-related questions and inquiries; Support smooth day-to-day cashier operations; Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient service.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment; Basic English communication skills; Good communication and customer service skills; Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented; Able to handle cash and payment transactions accurately; Able to perform basic cash reconciliation and maintain accurate records; Able to work effectively as part of a team; Able to work in a fast-paced environment; Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
