Kualifikasi: Minimum education SMA/SMK, D3; Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Captain Floor or similar position in F&B; Male/Female; Leadership skills and ability to coordinate waiter/waitress team; Understand restaurant service standards (SOP) and customer service; Able to handle customer complaints professionally; Good communication, disciplined, honest, and responsible; Able to work individually or in a team; Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays; Neat appearance, friendly, and customer-oriented.
