Posisi Call Setter berperan dalam mengubah prospek berkualitas menjadi janji temu (appointment) melalui komunikasi telepon. Peran ini melibatkan penanganan panggilan keluar (outbound) kepada prospek potensial, tindak lanjut dari berbagai saluran pemasaran, serta kualifikasi prospek berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan untuk mendukung tim Sales dan Marketing.
Tanggung jawab: Make outbound calls to warm and potential leads; Follow up with leads from social media, advertising, and other channels; Understand lead needs and qualify prospects based on set criteria; Introduce our products/services clearly and professionally; Schedule qualified prospects for calls or appointments with the sales team; Maintain accurate lead and call records in our CRM; Follow up consistently with leads who are not yet ready; Meet daily and monthly call, qualification, and appointment-setting targets; Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or sales is preferred; Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone; Excellent communication and active listening skills; Able to handle objections and keep conversations engaging.

Kualifikasi
