Business Unit Staff

Responsibilities: Handle customer orders and update data in the system. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor order progress and resolve operational issues. Prepare reports and maintain order-related documentation. Support inventory monitoring and customer payment follow-up. Requirements:

Minimum D3/S1 in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, English, or related majors. Experience in Exim, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Customer Service Export, or Business Unit is an advantage. Good written and verbal English skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Placement: PT Formosa Bag Indonesia – Grobogan.
