About the role We are seeking a dedicated Customs Clearance professional to join our team in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods across international borders. As a Customs Clearance specialist, you will be responsible for navigating complex import and export regulations, managing documentation, and facilitating the timely clearance of shipments. This role is essential to our operations within the Import/Export and Customs sector, directly impacting our ability to maintain efficient supply chain operations and regulatory compliance.

Be responsible for the whole customs declaration process of goods exported from China and imported/exported in Indonesia; independently prepare all relevant customs documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokerage companies, track logistics and customs clearance progress in real time, timely feedback and handle abnormal issues. Register, sort out and file import and export data, and complete relevant statistical reports.

Assist in company document management and daily administrative affairs. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors. At least 1 year working experience in customs declaration and clearance; possession of customs declarant training certificate is preferred.

Proficient in operating official systems including Ceisa 4.0 and INSW , and skilled in HS code inquiry. Familiar with Indonesian customs procedures, customs declaration regulations and logistics tracking processes. Able to understand and speak basic Chinese; fluent in Indonesian and English.
