Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders (M&A, JV, OEM/ODM)

Track market trends to adapt business strategies accordingly Develop and execute company strategy to drive revenue growth Collaborate with internal organization to refine strategies and optimize of growth

Manage and coordinate strategic projects involving internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and sucessful outcomes Maintain accurate records and reporting

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management
2-3 years of experience in the Food and Beverages industry (Business Development, New Product Development, Market Research Analysis, Product Costing Analysis, Strategic Partnership (OEM, M&A. JV)
Strong analytical skills for analyzing market trends and data
Good communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
A self-driven and results-oriented mindset
Skills : Strong Understanding of New Business Development Concepts Proficient in Project Management Proficient in New Product Development (NPD) Strong negotiation skills Basic Financial Competency (costing calculations and product pricing analysis) M
