As a Building Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance of the building, ensuring all facilities, engineering systems, security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities run efficiently while delivering excellent service to tenants and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, optimizing building performance, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Leasing, Fit Out, and other cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve tenant satisfaction, and support the organization's long-term business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent operational management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all building operations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Property Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building operations, property management, facilities management, or mall/commercial building operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.; Strong understanding of building operations, including engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities management, vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.; Proven experience in leading cross-functional operational teams, managing vendors, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent building performance.; Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities..
