Nike is a global brand known for its commitment to excellence in retail. This position involves overseeing store operations and driving sales performance to meet company objectives. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the store management in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and analyzing store performance. You will assist in leading and directing the work of others, ensuring that the store operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge. This role requires a professional with extensive retail experience who can plan and accomplish goals through effective leadership and operational management.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement sales strategy and plan for the respective store to achieve company sales numbers; Responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget; Analyze store sales and operational performance; Generate reports on daily, monthly, and yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes; Monitor and control the efficiency of stores.
Kualifikasi: At least Senior High School or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level; At least 3 years working experiences as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager level, preferably from Retail industry; Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company; Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others; A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; Good communication skills in English and Bahasa; Good and proficient Microsoft skills; Applicants must be willing to work in JABODETABEK AREA.
