Posisi ini bertanggung jawab secara penuh dalam mengelola pemeliharaan gedung, operasional fasilitas, serta berbagai proyek renovasi, fit-out, konstruksi, dan peningkatan fasilitas perusahaan. Anda akan berperan penting dalam memastikan setiap proyek berjalan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup, jadwal, anggaran, serta standar kualitas yang telah disetujui, sekaligus menjaga kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perusahaan dan standar HSE yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Manage building maintenance, facility operations, renovation, fit-out, construction, and facility improvement projects; Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and project partners; Monitor project progress, quality, budget, timeline, and completion; Prepare and manage RAB/BOQ, PR/PO, project documentation, and project reports; Conduct business trips to out-of-town project locations as required; Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and management; Ensure project execution complies with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable standards; Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate corrective actions; Ensure all projects are completed according to the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and requirements; Job Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, renovation, fit-out, facility management, or project management; Experienced in managing contractors and vendors; Good understanding of RAB/BOQ, construction work, project budgeting, and project documentation; Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications; Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and project monitoring skills; Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently; Willing to travel to project locations outside the city when required; Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage; Placement : MM2100, Cikarang.
