The Building Maintenance Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing building maintenance and engineering operations across retail and property development projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that all building systems, facilities, and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, while maintaining high service standards and ensuring full compliance with all applicable building regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, engineering, mall operations, property management, or commercial building management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building utilities, maintenance practices, and engineering operations.
- Proven experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Proven experience leading a team and managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations, safety standards, and property operational requirements.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance activities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical and operational issues.
- Willing to be based in Balikpapan.
