Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand value across New and Existing Product Categories, including overall product portfolio management and marketing programs aligned with market share targets. Establish, monitor, and evaluate product promotion concepts and pricing strategies for New and Existing Product Categories in accordance with consumer targets and business objectives.
Define and oversee New Product Category development and Product Extension programs to effectively address the needs of targeted market segments. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers (Marketing & Technical teams) to build and sustain a positive company image. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and manage e-commerce strategies across online marketplaces to drive brand awareness, sales performance, and customer reach.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
