Posisi ini berada di bawah naungan Bogasari, sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di industri pangan. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan strategi manajemen merek untuk produk-produk baru maupun yang sudah ada di pasar. Sebagai Junior Manager, tanggung jawab utama meliputi perancangan strategi brand, pemantauan kehadiran produk di pasar, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas merek mematuhi regulasi merek dagang yang berlaku. Anda akan berperan dalam merencanakan dan mengeksekusi inisiatif pemasaran untuk memperkuat posisi produk Bogasari di industri FMCG.
Tanggung jawab: Designing a brand management and brand development strategy for Bogasari’s products, both new and existing, while ensuring that all brands comply with applicable trademark regulations; Monitoring the market presence of the products; Planning and crafting brand strategies.
Kualifikasi: Diploma/Bachelor degree in Food Technology from reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.80 (out of 4.00); Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and product development preferably in FMCG industry, with minimum 3 years in Junior Manager level; Excellent competency in presentation skill; Self-motivated, having excellent communication skill, and leadership; Proficiency of English or Mandarin will be preferable; Computer and data literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel and Advance Power Point).
