Responsibilities: Prepare the audit work plan, audit schedule, and estimated budget for branch audits, and obtain approval from the Internal Audit Division Head. Develop branch audit programs in accordance with the annual Internal Audit work plan and obtain approval from the Internal Audit Division Head. Supervise the execution of branch audits independently in accordance with the audit program approved by the Internal Audit Division Head, while adhering to applicable regulations and relevant references, including SEOJK, POJK, and other regulatory requirements, using a Risk-Based Audit approach. Ensure that branch operations manage customer data in compliance with applicable data privacy and confidentiality regulations. Develop a Continuous Monitoring model for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) at branches to detect transaction anomalies in real time. Direct the implementation of cross-branch thematic audits (e.g., teller operations, customer onboarding, cash management, branch compliance, and service quality), and integrate branch risk assessments, historical audit findings, and external issues in determining the scope of branch audits. Provide early warnings and thematic insights to the Internal Audit Division Head regarding branch audit trends, recurring control weaknesses, and potential material operational risks. Conduct audit exit meetings with auditees after coordinating with the Internal Audit Division Head. Be responsible for preparing high-quality audit reports in accordance with established reporting standards and applicable regulations. Monitor, review, and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions taken by auditees in response to audit findings issued by the Branch Operation Audit Department, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Public Accounting Firms. Provide recommendations to the Internal Audit Division Head regarding the effectiveness of branch operational activities and the adequacy of internal controls within the audited units. Assess the effectiveness and utilization of computerized systems within the reviewed units to ensure that the Bank's operational and administrative activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. Be responsible for the quality of branch audit methodology, working papers, and reporting at the department level, and support the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) for branch operational audits. Assess branch preparedness for operational disruptions (such as system failures or disasters) by evaluating the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) at the unit level.
