Sebagai Branch Manager Liner, Anda bertanggung jawab mengawasi operasional cabang dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis. Peran ini mencakup optimalisasi layanan pengiriman dan logistik, memaksimalkan efisiensi biaya, membangun hubungan dengan klien dan pemangku kepentingan, serta memimpin tim untuk mencapai target operasional dan pendapatan.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee day-to-day shipping, logistics, and port/agency operations; Identify new revenue streams, conduct market analysis, and execute sales strategies; Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, port authorities, regulators, and industry stakeholders; Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and execute cost-reduction initiatives; Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance while maintaining full compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field; Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position/level or within the shipping, liner, or logistics industry; Strong background in container inventory, shipping incoterms, port operations, sales activity, rate/freight calculation, and complaint handling; Excellent leadership, strategic analytical thinking, initiative, team management, and relationship-building skills.
