BRANCH MANAGER

About the role We are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch located in Indonesia. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the efficient and customer-focused delivery of our financial services. What you'll be doing Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to achieve business targets, expand market penetration, and drive sustainable portfolio growth

Ensure healthy portfolio performance by controlling credit quality, monitoring risk indicators, and enforcing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence Lead, develop and evaluate branch teams by fostering a high performance culture and strengthening employee capability

Represent the company at local community events and networking activities to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders What we're looking
