About the role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bowling Manager to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful operation and profitability of our bowling facility. As Bowling Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bowling centre's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and driving revenue growth. This role is integral to the success of our entertainment venue and requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational expertise. Key responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the bowling facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Manage and supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management Ensure all safety, health, and hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with local regulations and company policies Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs Maintain equipment and facilities to the highest standard, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and attract new visitors Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure integrated service delivery Organise and manage special events, tournaments, and group bookings
