PT Meinhardt Indonesia adalah perusahaan konsultan teknik yang sedang mencari BIM Manager berpengalaman untuk memimpin implementasi BIM, pengiriman digital, dan koordinasi multidisiplin. Perusahaan menangani berbagai proyek seperti data centre, industri, komersial, dan gedung tinggi. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin koordinasi BIM lintas disiplin (MEP, Arsitektur, Sipil, dan Struktural), menetapkan standar BIM, serta mengelola alur kerja dan prosedur pengiriman digital. BIM Manager akan memimpin tim, melakukan clash detection, meninjau model federasi, serta memastikan seluruh hasil kerja BIM memenuhi standar proyek dan klien.
Tanggung jawab: Lead BIM coordination across MEP, Architectural, Civil, and Structural disciplines; Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, modelling protocols, and digital delivery procedures; Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans, clash reports, issue logs, and coordination procedures; Conduct clash detection and lead coordination meetings with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders; Review federated BIM models to ensure coordination accuracy, constructability, and consultant-level quality; Coordinate technical interfaces, including ceiling coordination, shafts, risers, plant rooms, slab openings, builders work, service routing, and access clearances; Manage BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers across multiple disciplines; Monitor BIM deliverables, drawing production, revision control, and project submission schedules; Support project teams during design, tender, construction, and site coordination stages; Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, client standards, and company procedures.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related technical disciplines; Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, multidisciplinary coordination, or digital engineering; Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator, or BIM Manager; Strong experience in MEP BIM coordination is mandatory; Proven experience coordinating Architectural, Civil, and Structural disciplines; Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams; Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage; Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, BIM Collaborate, and clash detection workflows; Good understanding of BIM Execution Plan, BIM standards, digital delivery, drawing production, and consultant workflows; Experience in engineering consultancy, EPCM, data centre, industrial, commercial, or high-rise projects will be highly preferred; Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; Able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary consultancy environment; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with strong multidisciplinary BIM coordination experience; Experience in data centre or mission-critical projects; Familiar with Dynamo, Revizto, Solibri, Power BI, Civil 3D, or other BIM technologies; Experience working within international consultancy environments.
