Posisi BIM Coordinator CSA bertanggung jawab mengelola pengembangan model BIM untuk disiplin Civil, Structural, dan Architectural (CSA) sepanjang siklus hidup proyek. Peran ini melibatkan koordinasi aktif antar disiplin, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap BIM Execution Plan (BEP), serta melakukan clash detection untuk meminimalisir kendala konstruksi.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines throughout the project lifecycle; Coordinate BIM activities among CSA engineers, architects, designers, and other disciplines, including MEP; Ensure BIM models are developed in accordance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and client requirements; Conduct model coordination and clash detection between CSA and other disciplines using relevant BIM software.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM; At least 5 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar coordination role; Strong experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) BIM coordination; Experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or similar construction projects; Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software; Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, workflows, model coordination, and clash detection; Familiar with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE), and BIM deliverable requirements; Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
