Posisi L1 NOC / IT Operations Engineer ini bertugas mendukung operasional teknologi dan infrastruktur dalam lingkungan 24x7. Anda akan bertanggung jawab memantau sistem, merespons peringatan, melakukan troubleshooting tingkat pertama, serta mengelola insiden melalui sistem ITSM.
Tanggung jawab: Continuously monitor infrastructure systems, services, and operational alerts.; Respond to system alerts and perform first-level incident assessment.; Perform basic troubleshooting and determine the appropriate next action.; Validate alarms and identify potential infrastructure or service issues.; Create, update, and maintain ITSM tickets with accurate incident information.; Perform routine system and infrastructure health checks.; Follow established SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.; Execute documented recovery actions where applicable..
