Monitor and support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs in the production area. Conduct routine safety inspections, safety patrols, and ensure proper use of safety equipment and PPE. Identify workplace hazards and support risk assessment activities to prevent accidents.

Maintain HSE documentation and prepare safety reports as required. Lead safety activities such as safety briefings, inspections, and corrective action monitoring. Support safety initiatives including safety briefing, corrective action monitoring, and emergency response activities.

Minimum Diploma (D3) Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Experience in HSE, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Understanding of K3 regulations, including hazard identification, safety inspection, risk assessment, and incident reporting.

Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. Minimum AK3 certification required; other related safety certifications will be an advantage. Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and monitoring of workplace safety practices. Perform hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation. Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and safety records.
