Responsible for participating in the DFM review of assembly related fixtures, equipment, and auxiliary tools, and for verifying the effectiveness of fixtures and equipment before production Responsible for developing assembly process flow and cooperating with domestic IE to develop manufacturing hours

Familiar with the assembly and structure of products, understand the structure of electroacoustic products, and be able to use dimensional tolerances and fits reasonably PE(ME) requirements (Indonesian factory): Responsible for the production of relevant documents such as PCP/PFMEA/SOP, etc

EImprove and optimize mass production processes, reduce material losses in the production process, and achieve process standardization Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
