Perform flange management checks inline with project specs and code. Ensuring Angular, Parallel alignment of flanges and measuring this data. Sent NOI and escort and perform joint inspection with client as and when required.

Verify flange serration surface condition, bolting in loose connection prior to flange management. Ensure daily communication to client for NOI and update to superiors and conducted as required. Able to fill FM report and/or fill FM data in software and PIMs (Mechanical completion system) as required and generate punchlist.

Coordinate with DC surveyor team and QC Piping Welding Team that Dimensional clearance is achieved before proceeding with Flange management. Willing to work nightshift, Perform any other QC related duties when required by organization or QC Manager. Need to received formal training or certification for flange management.

Need to have sufficient experience as flange management technician (min 2 ~ 3 years)
