Y Sport Bar Padang-Padang mencari Barman dan Barmaid yang antusias untuk bergabung di sports bar dinamis yang berlokasi di Bali. Sebagai wajah dari perusahaan, posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelayanan luar biasa, meracik berbagai minuman berkualitas sesuai standar resep, serta menciptakan suasana yang ramah dan menyenangkan bagi beragam pengunjung yang datang.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences; Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, cocktails and beverage pairings; Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment, glassware and bottles; Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring prompt service delivery; Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner; Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting when beverages and supplies need replenishment; Operate the till system accurately and process payments securely; Adhere to responsible service of alcohol practices and comply with all relevant regulations; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods; Maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards consistent with company requirements.
