Sebagai Barista, Anda bertanggung jawab menyiapkan dan menyajikan kopi, minuman non-kopi, serta minuman beralkohol sesuai dengan resep, SOP, dan standar kualitas perusahaan. Tugas harian Anda meliputi pengoperasian mesin espresso secara aman, menjaga kebersihan dan higienitas area bar, memantau persediaan stok bahan, serta memberikan pelayanan yang ramah, cepat, dan profesional kepada para tamu restoran.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee beverages, and alcoholic drinks according to established recipes, SOPs, and quality standards; Operate espresso machines and other bar equipment safely and efficiently; Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and all equipment; Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure the availability of bar ingredients and supplies; Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests; Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards; Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and applicable procedures; Coordinate with the Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations; Requirements:; Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred; Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and latte art is an advantage; Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and service is an advantage; Well-groomed, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail; Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team; Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays; Domicile in Bali; Placement at Uluwatu, Bali.
