Tugas utama meliputi persiapan minuman, pengoperasian mesin kopi, pelayanan pelanggan yang ramah, pengelolaan transaksi, serta menjaga kebersihan dan keteraturan area kerja sesuai standar kesehatan.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, speciality coffees, teas, and other café beverages to a consistently high standard; Operate and maintain espresso machines and other café equipment, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning optimally; Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, processing payments and managing the till system; Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and handling enquiries or complaints with grace; Maintain a clean and organised café environment, adhering to health and safety standards and hygiene regulations; Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restock requirements to management; Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak and quiet periods; Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency across all beverages served; Suggest complementary food and beverage items to enhance the customer experience.
