As a Bar Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of bar operations, including financial performance, staff supervision, and menu development. You will be responsible for shaping the bar's culture and reputation while ensuring the business meets its hospitality objectives through efficient service and strategic management.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee all daily bar operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control to ensure optimal levels of beverages and supplies; Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement; Develop and implement bar menus, including signature cocktails and beverage offerings that align with brand identity and guest preferences; Manage bar finances, including budgeting, cost control, pricing strategies, and revenue optimisation to maximise profitability; Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and responsible beverage service practices; Maintain superior standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the bar.
