This role is within the food industry, focusing on bakery, chocolate, and pastry product development. The Application Chef will be responsible for product formulation, adjustment, and optimization based on customer requirements. Key tasks include conducting product application tests, evaluating performance, and ensuring high-quality results for chocolate-based products such as fillings, pastes, and coatings. Beyond technical formulation, the role involves active collaboration with Sales, R&D, and customer teams to provide tailored solutions. The candidate will also be required to travel to customer sites for product trials and technical support, as well as assist in the setup and management of materials during company exhibitions and events.

Kualifikasi: Relevant work experience in bakery, chocolate, pastry, or the food industry; Experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, Application Chef, or similar positions preferred; Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; Strong hands-on skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities; Willing to travel to customer sites; Willing to assist with company exhibitions and events.
