Main Job Description: - Engage, pitch and acquire clients (HR employers) onto the platform, both existing clients and new prospective clients; - Be in charge of all onboarding matters and any other post-onboarding matters regarding clients; and - Be able to achieve sales targets under responsibilities Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field. • Experience in Key Account management or Business Development (Sale) • Experience in acquiring & maintaining B2B clients • Fluent in English • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
