Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Have 2 years experience as a Specifier/Architect/Sales Project with strong preference given to experience in the Building Material industry (Roofing, Flooring, ACP, Polycarbonate)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication skills and Fluent in English
• Have a good relationship with architect, consultant, developers, contractor, business owner
• Have a competitive spirit, energetic and communicative
• Could work well independently and as a team
• Highly self-motivated and target oriented
• Have a valid C & A driving license
• Willing to work out of town
• Preferably domicile in Sunter, North Jakarta (Sunter kelapa gading Jakarta Utara)

• Ensure company’s products are specified in clear and concise manner.
• Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the sales project team accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, for external and internal purpose.
• Support sales team for current and ongoing projects when required.
