PT Cipta Orion Metal membuka kesempatan bagi Automation Engineer untuk memimpin inisiatif otomatisasi pabrik dan memastikan sistem robotik industri beroperasi secara optimal. Peran ini berfokus pada pengubahan kendala produksi menjadi solusi otomatisasi yang praktis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage, program and optimize industrial robotic systems (e.g., welding and handling robots) to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency; Identify and implement process improvements, equipment modifications and automation solutions to support continuous improvement; Coordinate robotic system installation, testing, commissioning and engineering changes for reliable production performance; Work with Factory, Engineering and Mechatronics teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system reliability; Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, engineering drawings and automation standards; Monitor robot performance, maintenance and improvement projects, and provide regular progress and performance reports; REQUIREMENTS.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation/Control, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field; 1–5 years of experience in industrial automation or robotics, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting industrial robots; working knowledge of PLC and HMI; Able to read electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings; Understanding of K3 and machine safety; Willing to work on-site in the plant, including occasional extra hours during commissioning or urgent breakdowns; ADDED VALUE; Robotic welding experience; metal fabrication, stamping or automotive background; Experience with Kaizen / TPM, or installation and commissioning projects; WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR; Analytical, systematic and persistent problem solver; Disciplined and detail-oriented, especially with documentation; Good team player who communicates well with Production, Maintenance and vendors.
