Dengan kantor pusat di China, perusahaan terus berekspansi di Indonesia dan saat ini telah mengoperasikan 4 pabrik. Posisi Process Engineering bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan mengoptimalkan proses manufaktur di fasilitas produksi. Peran ini melibatkan penerapan metodologi pemecahan masalah teknis, analisis data produksi, serta koordinasi lintas departemen untuk memastikan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas produk sesuai dengan standar industri manufaktur yang ketat.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Tobacco Engineering, or related fields; At least 3 years of process engineering experience in the tobacco, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry; Familiar with manufacturing processes of next-generation tobacco products and relevant equipment principles; Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why); Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language for reading technical documents, writing reports, and cross-border communication; Strong logical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across different departments.
