Kami mencari Factory Manager yang berpengalaman untuk mengawasi seluruh operasional pabrik, termasuk produksi, perencanaan produksi, kontrol kualitas, teknik, pemeliharaan, pergudangan, dan manajemen inventaris. Anda akan memastikan kesiapan produksi dengan mengelola aspek Man, Machine, Material, Method, dan Environment (4M1E). Anda bertanggung jawab memantau target produksi, efisiensi operasional, dan biaya manufaktur, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas dan K3. Peran ini juga melibatkan kepemimpinan dalam inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement), koordinasi lintas departemen (Supply Chain, Finance, HR, dll), serta pengembangan tim untuk mencapai target operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee all factory operations, including production, production planning, quality control, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, and inventory management; Ensure production readiness by managing Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment (4M1E); Monitor production targets, product quality, operational efficiency, and manufacturing costs; Ensure compliance with quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and applicable manufacturing regulations; Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce defects, and minimize production costs; Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth factory operations; Develop production plans, manage operational budgets, and prepare regular factory performance reports; Lead, develop, and evaluate factory personnel to achieve operational targets.
Kualifikasi: Diploma’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven experience in factory or plant management; Experience in electrical equipment, electronics, smart meters, or electrical component manufacturing is highly preferred; Good understanding of production processes, quality control, production planning, and inventory management; Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Six Sigma certification is an advantage; Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills; Ability to manage production targets, operational costs, quality standards, and workforce performance; Willing to be stationed in Subang, West Java, Indonesia.
