Tanggung jawab: Responsible for preparing layouts, detailed planograms, assortments, and communication media for new store openings, store renovations, and promotional booths; Responsible for analyzing the performance of SKUs/brands/stores; Responsible for reviewing and providing distribution recommendations for new SKUs/brands proposed by the BM and Ops Team; Coordinating with the Ops Team regarding product displays, visuals, POSM, principal visits, etc; Responsible for updating the MDQ and planograms in all stores as needed, both for performance and brand needs; Managing the implementation of POSM for brand and marketing needs; Coordinating with Quality Control for any changes to store layout and POSM; Job Requirement:; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Minimum 3 years of experience in Assortment & Planogram/ related field; Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, willing to learn and develop, able to work well under pressure; Proficiency in Excel is required.
