Kualifikasi: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in hospitality; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment; Good understanding of sales, cost control, and inventory management; Good command of English, both spoken and written.
